The greyhound track at the Cheshire town of Winsford was based at Barton Stadium and was situated at 2° 30' W 53° 11' N. It opened its gates for the first time on 18th June 1970 and operated as an independent flapping track throughout its history. The track had a circumference of 430 yards and ran sprints over 276 metres, standard races over 476 metres, distance races over 665 metres and extended races over 866 metres. |
